1. Trauma-Informed Yoga
A one-hour session designed to support physical and emotional well-being through:
- Gentle movement
- Breathing techniques
- Mindfulness meditation

2. Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Meditation
A one-hour guided meditation session that supports mental clarity, calmness, and emotional well-being.

3. Sound Therapy Group Sessions (In-Person Only)
A deeply relaxing and restorative 1.5-hour sound healing experience using sound and vibration to support relaxation, emotional release, and inner peace.

- Suitable for: Staff well-being sessions, student support programmes, or community healing spaces
